Merry Christmas, everyone!
I hope you are as excited for
Christmas as I am--it's my favourite time of year! (Even though it's much too
cold here!) I love the Christmas lights and the Christmas music and all the
cheesy Christmas movies! :)
One thing that didn't fit in my
newsletter:
I am going to Mexico in January! For
those of you who don't know, my dad and my uncle take a team down every year in
January to build a house for a family in a little town north of Monterrey. I'm
thrilled to be able to go this time, and get to see my friends and kids.
Attached to this is a huge praise: that my passport came back from the PNG
embassy last week (with a new PNG visa in it)! I was starting to get worried
that it wouldn't come back in time for me to go to Mexico, but God provided!

Please pray for safe travels,
especially since we drive the whole way (approximately 24 hours, straight
through), pray also for safety while working. The other ladies who are going
are planning a women's retreat-type thing, and I volunteered to lead worship,
so please keep that whole endeavour in your prayers, as well.
May you have a blessed Christmas,
celebrating the birth of our Lord and Saviour!
Amanda
